1) What is your job description here at FCP and what does it entail?

• My job title is Account Executive, but what that means to me is to listen to my customers’ needs and help them design a solution to promote their business, solve a problem or bring in more revenue! I’m very detail oriented and love the creative process.

2) What do you enjoy most about your job?

• I believe in developing strong relationships and getting to know my customers. Learning about so many different businesses, and the interaction with my clients, is definitely the favorite part of my job. I pride myself in the level of customer service I provide my customers.

3) How long have you worked here at FCP (and/or in the printing and mailing industry)?

• I have been in the print and mail industry for 30+ years, starting at Kaye’s Printing in downtown Fargo in August 1987. Prior to that, I worked at the Forum newspaper for eight years; so you can say that ink runs deep in my past!

4) What do you like to do when you're not working?

• When you are in sales, you are ALWAYS working! But seriously, I love to travel, cook, bake and even dabble in catering events. I also enjoy hiking, gardening, and enjoying the great outdoors. And, let’s not forget reading, and keeping up with the latest James Patterson books!!
